COLOR.BUG Dip Dye Beauty Buy
As a natural blonde, I am extremely careful about where and who dyes my hair, but have been tempted to dip dye my ends for spring. Since I am a working girl (yes, the fashion industry is WORK), it is not always appropriate to show up at modeling agencies with pink or purple hair. Thank god Fashionata came to my rescue this week, introducing her readers to COLOR.BUG.
The Kevin Murphy COLOR.BUG is an easy way to test the ombre hair trend with their pink, orange, and purple pigments without committing to an in-salon dye job. To use, “apply a hair product and then the COLOR.BUG to make it stick. Finally, add a fine mist of hairspray to lock in the colour.”
While it appears simple enough, it worries me that you need to add other products for it to “lock on the colour”. But, at $20 a pop it’s worth testing out, since it won’t damage the hair and adds a fun flair to your spring beauty regime.
